The 3rd annual Oregon Chocolate Festival is back. The scrumptious event will take place March 3-4 between 11a.m. and 4p.m. at Ashland Springs Hotel located in the heart of downtown Ashland.A $15 ticket is a two-day pass to chocolate paradise!
